Well, I finally got my first OTA today, 19 Oct 2022
For the record, my Build Start date was 22 August
Build Complete date was 11 September
Delivery date 07 October

When I took delivery, my truck had bot PaaK and Blue Cruise. I didn't notice anything missing.

While driving into work this morning, my whole display decided to do a reboot. I was wondering what was happening, but just got the email from Ford saying now I'm at 3.5.2

my build date was 6/22 and I took delivery 9/17 and I just 3.5.2 last week. Still waiting on PaaK.

Remember that the more recently-built trucks already have the latest software. You won't get a PowerUp until it provides something new.

I thought that my truck built on 9/30 came with the latest update but this morning I got a message on my FordPass that the truck had updated to 3.5.2.
The funny thing was, it updated while I was on my way to the dealer to have them update my Bluecruise. It's license had expired on 10-9-2022, which means Sept 10th. I dropped the truck off, got home and got a call from the dealer saying Bluecruise was working fine. So back I went. I got to the dealer and the service guy pulled up my sync screen where is showed Hands Free Driving Mode available through 10-12-2022, which means Dec 10th. I told them that I double checked it before I left for the dealership. The service guy went out for a drive with me and sure enough it worked. After I got home he called me to tell me that after he dug around in his system he could see that the software updated around the same time I was pulling into the dealership. Pure coincidence. I asked him if they had a software transmission antenna on top of the dealership but he assured me they didn't.

I'm waiting for PaaK, too. Just be patient.

PaaK is not yet available for early build trucks. Ford is putting significant effort into getting the software fix ready to go out. There is nothing your dealer can do.

I have had the truck for a month and as of yet no updates!

The last one I have (3.5.2) is an early September release. If your truck didn't get it at the factory, the dealer may have done it in PDI. No PaaK here, either.

Those of us who received early Mach Es waited over as year for BlueCruise and are still waiting for the electronic latch release for our frunks.

Is PaaK only available for Lariat and Platium trims with SYNC 4A? I’ve had my XLT with SYNC 4 since Thursday and checked for a software updates and it says I’m up to date but don’t show PaaK in the FordPass app. I’ve checked the Ford website and don’t see anything regarding whether it’s works with only 4A or both. Thanks in advance!
