I had my "home" saved and my schedule and max state of charge worked fine for a few months. Last week the truck started charging immediately when plugged in and to 100% even though my schedule was still present. I tried modifying the schedule just by an hour and re-saving it a few times, but that didn't help. So I deleted my "home" location but now I can't save it because even after charging three times it doesn't show up in "previous' locations. The other weird thing there has never been any other locations in my "previous" location list even though I've used 4 or 5 public chargers, level 2 and level 3. Also my truck does and has always shown my address correctly when im parked in the garage.
Any ideas?

I believe your truck isnt communicating with Ford anymore (modem problem). My did the same. It became inconsistent with charging times and departures times. I’ll pulled the 12V (undid the black cable and waited two minutes) and did a hard reset. Once I reattached the 12v the truck sent updates to ford.com almost immediately. Others have stated to reset from the fuse box on passenger side but I found the 12v easier.

or do a soft reset.
