No Charge Station Pro included?

Your dealer needs to "mark" the truck as delivered in the Ford system. Go on to your Ford.com account and see if the truck is marked as delivered. Once this is done, SunRun will call you and confirm your address and then you should receive the charger shortly. I have heard people get the delivery within a week of their truck being delivered, others it takes 2-3 weeks.
I'm not sure why they can't just be shipped with the truck but this is the deal Ford made with SunRun.

Here is the portion of my Lightning timeline associated with the 80A Charge Station Pro. Hope it helps.
21 Jul 22 -- I visited the dealership to complete and sign all the necessary paperwork and pay for the truck.
21 Jul 22 -- I received an email note from Sunrun asking me to verify my address so that they could ship the 80A Charge Station Pro to me.
21 Jul 22 -- I verified my address using Sunrun's online form.
26 Jul 22 -- I received an email note from Sunrun letting me know that the 80A charger had been shipped from California. The note included a FedEx tracking number.
28 Jul 22 -- FedEx delivered the 80A charger to my house (delivered at 11:00 AM, signature required).
28 Jul 22 -- I notified my electricians that the 80A charger had arrived so that they could schedule a trip to my house to complete the installation job they started in March 2022.

My build week is still a few weeks away (9/5), but the last week of July SunRun called me to talk about installing the FCSP. They accidentally quoted me $1,650 for a California install before I pointed out that I was in Maryland, to which they said installation would run me $1,500 here. They said that if I hired them to do the install it would be completed before delivery of the truck; however, if I opted to hire someone else that the FCSP would be shipped via FedEx shortly after I took delivery of the truck. So, as mentioned by SteelTerp87, once your truck is marked as delivered, keep an eye out for the FedEx truck.
I picked up my Lightning Lariat ER 2 weeks ago and FedEx delivered the Pro charger today. I got an email from Sunrun 2 days after I picked up the truck to confirm my shipping address. The chargers are shipped from Sunrun not Ford.

Try filling out these two verification forms to get ahead of the 'waiting to hear from them' morass:
Full disclosure, I haven't gotten a shipping notification or heard from sunrun, purchased 8/11.
