Hello all. I've made the decision but I guess too late. So I will be in the next round of ordering and have already been in contact with a couple of dealers who are waiting on trucks for their customers, and "they say" they are selling them as MSRP. But I've seen a bunch of nightmare stories and dealerships playing games on your tube. So I'm here to learn from you and where you bought and what you paid so I get it right the first time. Also there is a video on YouTube which the guy claims to have surveyed people with reservations (so maybe he's connected to Ford) and only 60% or so are converting their truck to orders, and most of the 40% have decided to walk away from their truck. I'm hoping that means maybe things speed up.

I'm only interested in the Pro Standard with what it comes with, ok well I do want a drop in lines and bed cover.

Here's the video:

Do you know what movement of F-150 Lightnings are like at the Ford dealer you're with? Knowing that might be a good indication of how soon yours could be showing up. I have noticed an increasing amount of them showing up across the country so at least there's that.

The guy in that makes those videos is a bit of a flake. I watched one of his videos and then every time I see another one from him. I see that he's just trying to get clicks and numbers so he can make more money. He's not an insider.

And welcome, I'm up the road from you. Waiting on my build date which is next week. I'm hoping my dealer has a demo unit soon. I'm seeing other dealership getting theirs and mine was slated to get one at the beginning of this month.

At the moment you just have to trust they are going to sell at MSRP. This issue isn't solely Ford. 250k for a Hummer EV is insane. Of course if you are in this area, you should have a good idea of which dealerships to be wary of; like a koons or a sheehy :D which was SO weird cause the Koons in VA was one of the early ones that tried to ADM mark up for just reservations but Koons MD didn't (or at least the last time I looked at the ADM list Koons MD didn't)

I don't know. I've contacted a dealer in MD who says they sell all their cars at MSRP. They will be getting their first one in soon.

I actually hope someone on here has the right dealership and gets treated fairly and then I'll just work with that dealer.

Welcome to the forum @ja4jackallen48! There's always a chance someone ahead of you backs out of their order and something becomes available. A friend of mine had that happen when he was waiting for a Bronco. Someone backed out when he was talking to a dealer and he snagged it.

Two Pro FCTP trucks are coming to Koons Ford Silver Spring, MD. They'll be on sale in 6 months or so.
