That’s great, UX updates are important to make these chargers as painless as possible. If they can flag the ones that are not operational better(kill the green lights?), that would help picking the one you want before parking next to it

I just listened to the latest Inside EVs podcast and it sounds like EA’s new balanced chargers are an entirely new design that should work better and be more reliable. They are having real trouble with their ABB chargers, while the Signet chargers are working ok.

regardless of their announcement, if they don't maintain their equipment, it won't matter. Found a 10 space EA station in Kennesaw, GA, yesterday, with two plugs on each unit, some 150s and a couple of 350s, but out of 10 units, ONE was actually working, and only one 'side' of it. This is NOT how 'renaming' the 'infrastructure' will help EV travelers.
