Greetings All,
I’ve been having this issue with the Navigation App not loading when I start the vehicle. I’m logged on onto my profile, and would have to manually go into the app screen to start it. Is anyone else having this issue? Or anyone does anyone have a solution to the issue? Thanks in advance.

I noticed that issue a while ago after one of the OTA’s. Essentially, I’ve not seen a fix to it other than to manually select it from the menu.

I have intermittently had the problem since I have own the truck since July. I have not done anything about it.

Yes. That happens frequently to me too.
@Ford Motor Company: please have the software team look into this. The navigation card stays up in my Mach E but not in my Lightning.

Yesterday I used it fine, got to first stop, loaded next place, turned truck off for 10 min then got back in and navigation was gone. When I manually tried to open I kept getting "navigation is loading" and it never came back. Still gone today.
