Just had to drop my 2022 Larriat Lightning off at the dealer. I have the Pro charger at home and my vehicle will not charge. I was receiving notifications that I needed an update and when I tried initiating the update it failed and after that my truck lost communications and now is not charging. I thought my dealer could walk me through a diagnosis to see if there was a simple reset but instead they told me to drop my truck off and they would service it. This is very worrying to me. How can I trust taking this vehicle on a road trip with this relatability. I would think that Ford would have a priority service for Lightning vehicles but NOT. They have very limited service resources focused on this vehicle. I am dead in the water.
