Im in the bay area in California. My truck is scheduled for production in May 22. I did not recieve an email about it though. I just happened to log into my Ford account and saw that it was scheduled.
I also happened to log into my account late last night after 700 miles of driving a new KIA Sorento PHEV, for my wife, from Ohio to Georgia, dead tired, but got REAL EXCITED when I saw the 'Build Scheduled' change on the account - nope, never received any email, and probably won't think I will for any other updates as well.
