I know the mobile charger is 32a max, but plugged into o my 14-50 (50amp) circuit the max charging is going around 2-4kwh. Truck is at 60F and 65% charge level. Anyone else have this issue?
Is this the rate as reported by the vehicle? Often a lower rate being reported by the vehicle is a result of power being diverted to either climate control or battery conditioning. At 60F, it is possible some power is being diverted to warm the battery.

Anyone else have this problem....after about 45 minutes on the 50amp mobile charger an "amber" light comes on, then goes away about 3 minutes later. This tells me that the charger is over heating. Dealer checked my truck out, everything was ok, electrician checked out the the service, everything was ok. Called Ford, still waiting for a call back....I was transferred to 3 different people. Still waiting. My Wife is worrying about the house burning down.

I am assuming that the amber light comes on on your EVSE? How is your 50amp mobile EVSE plugged in?

I ask because 50a is too much to pull from a 14-50 outlet, which is the most "powerful" outlet allowed for mobile in this country (assuming you are in the US?)

If the amber light is coming on on your EVSE, it is likely not a Ford issue, it is an EVSE/outlet issue.

I have seen the exact same problem and took the same action and recieved the same response from Ford. All looks ok and we cannot replicate the issue. When the charger goes to Amber, it continues working but slows way down. I'm stuck charging during peak hours becasue of the same fear of overheating/having an issue overnight.

I am taking my truck in tomorrow. They won't give me a new mobile charger unless I drop the truck off with the charger.
I first noticed the amber light after the last software update. Seems to charge ok for the first 10 to 15 minuets, the goes amber, back to blue, then amber etc...We will see what happens
