My booklet from dealer on the Lightning states options for the Lightning included a full reclining front seat and option for messaging seat in the Platnium, yet mine does not seem to have either. The driver seat will recline about 85% with rear seat up and I see no way to activate any messaging devices. Am I wrong? What else did Ford eliminate from its Lightning before delivery of the September products?

The past two F-150s I owned were loaded King Ranch and they had the massaging seats - loved it! I don't see any option for the Lightning. I have owned my Lightning for 8 months, and there wasn't any option then or now when I just checked. I am assuming the reason may be that it would cause too much of a battery drain??

Thanks for your input, both issues or options were offered and mentioned in a booklet From Ford re the Lightning. Not sure when it was printed tho. Guess they eliminated those. Sure woulda appreciated both options tho.

Irritating. While waiting 2 years to get a Lightning, there was a bunch of stuff eliminated that I didn't notice. Sure, it's my fault, but I had it in my head it had bed scales. I didn't pay attention on the sticker where they gave me money off the truck because they deleted the bed scales. Not a huge deal, but yeah... would have appreciated it, too. I feel you.
