Not sure that you'll find anything here - there are no Lightnings 'for sale'... not on dealer lots, not from Ford, and not from any of us who might have one on order. Cash won't matter, as that would be the ONLY method, regardless, although you'll find that you'd have to come out of pocket with a LOT more 'cash' than you think - double the price of the MSRP and you 'might' be on the right track, but ONLY if you could wrangle the truck out of someone else's hands... not very likely. Dealers can 'sell' their Demos after a minimum of 6 months from receiving it(only one per dealer)... but it's also likely that dealers already have deposits on any demos you would come across. Without a reservation, and without a future order, it's likely no Lightnings will ever be 'sitting' on a dealer's lot waiting for a customer to stop by and buy it. Those days may well be over. Try to order a Tesla - hurry up and wait. Try to order a Rivian - hurry up and wait even longer. You might try a Nissan Leaf - it might be the ONLY EV in the market that you can actually buy 'today' at a dealer. Everything else is either 'new' and not even in production yet, or in such a slow production or 'chip hold' shortage that 'waiting' is the only option, regardless of whether you have cash, or not.

Range option doesn’t matter, it could be a base pro for all I care.
Located in south Florida, cash buyer.
There have been several trucks for sale, including a Lariat right now in SE Florida. I haven't seen any Pros, except for some demos delivered to dealers. As noted, the cash outlay will be significantly more than you may expect for a $40k teaser.

You've probably seen this overview:

Several Lariat trim F-150 Lightnings being offered on E-bay, but you're looking at about $95K+.

Ford only made a very limited number of Pro's and most went to fleet customers. So it's unlikely many, if any at all, will be offered for sale on the secondhand market. Possibly, could find an XLT with the small battery. Those the cheapest ones made available to customers, but not many takers for those. I believe they were priced (MSRP) about $16,000 higher with the smaller battery. Was nearly $20,000 grand to upgrade to the big battery as they forced a $9,000 option package on you, in addition to the $10,000 premium for the larger battery. At that point, the price was so close to the Lariat, the Lariat was the much better bargain for only $4,000 more and comes with A LOT more stuff than an XLT. Keep search all sites. One might pop up there someday. Plan on paying about $10,000 over MSRP for it, at least.

I guess I’ll just get on a reservation list somewhere and wait 24-36 months eh
I'd like to get together on a fleet buy of Pro ERs with Tow Tech like Kyle Connor was kicking around. Evidently, it's not as easy as getting x-number of people together and declaring, "We're a fleet!"

Local dealer was charging $25k over sticker for their demo Pro (delivery in Dec). I offered $10k over and they passed. It sold yesterday.
It makes more sense to pay a dealer $15,000 over MSRP than to pay $10,000 over MSRP as a "used" vehicle. If you buy from a dealer, you get the tax credit, whereas a secondhand purchase you do not. That's likely the reason why the ones being offered on E-bay and such are not commanding much over $99,000.

That makes sense. If I do buy a demo unit though it will be sold as a new vehicle and I would get an applicable tax credits.

I tried to get a Livery/Taxi fleet ID, and Ford rejected the idea of using it to order an F150 Lightning:
"Good morning, to purchase the F150 Lightning you do need a Commercial FIN, not Livery. The criteria to get a Commercial FIN can be found here - https://www.fleet.ford.com/get-started/eligibility-documentation/#commercial."

Commercial fleet needs you to have 15 vehicles already in service (proof required). OR order 5 new ones. But I heard the cap on ordering F150 Lightnings is 4. So it seems you cannot make a new fleet of just F150 Lightnings...
