A little late on the post but got to view the Lightning Platinum in Atlas Blue at the Buffalo Auto Show at couple weeks ago. I talked with the Regional Ford rep and got 4 free Lightning t-shirts. He hadn't met anyone at the show that had actually placed their order until I showed up (Wave 2 on Jan 20).

We actually went to look at the KIA EV6 GT-Line my son had bought from the local dealer and was being used as the show car. He took delivery on Feb 14 which was the first day they could be delivered to retail customers. It's quite a vehicle.

Atlas Blue looks even better under those stupid blue LEDs Ford uses for their feature vehicles.

I had the same chat at the same show with the same result. Local sales guys told me nobody will have one in this area for years. Felt great to tell them I'm wave one. Spoke with the Ford rep too and he said he only spoke to one other person here that had an order. I was there Saturday night so I am guessing you were there before that. Wife and I walked away with the same 4 shirts.

Bummer. I didn’t get a t-shirt at the Washington Auto Show.

My dealer gave me a hat though
Cricket cap Cap Hat Baseball cap Headgear

The brim even matches my Mach E.

That beautiful EV6 looks like KIA may have borrowed a can of Atlas Blue from Ford. I saw an Atlas Blue Escape on the dealer lot and went inside and sat next to an Explorer in the showroom. Totally surprised when I realized the inside vehicle was Atlas Blue, too. Inside, I thought it was Deep Impact Blue.

As much as I've admired Grabber Blue Mach-Es, today is the first time I realized it's a metallic color. At least that's what this paint sample appears to be. Nice!

Traditional Grabber Blue is not a metallic color. The Mach E is painted with Grabber Blue Metallic, a new twist on an old color -- Love mine!

The KIA Yacht Blue Metallic is actually very close to Atlas Blue in person...
