Does the back seat bottom fold up? Top fold down? Are the rear seats the same as the F150?

Yes. I've only tried the passenger side fold down. Yes.

The bottoms of both sides fold up, drivers side is 2/3, passenger side is 1/3. For the backs, ONLY the passenger side folds down as far as I can tell.

Correct. The passenger side fold down is for the emergency jack access.
