June 3 2021 Reservation, still not turned into order

I was hoping someone maybe has some good advice for me. I have a reservation from June 3, 2021 that I have yet received an invite for an order. I have contacted my dealer about my order, and they know I am waiting. But still no invite to order a truck.

Anyway if you feel like you have some advice I would glad to hear it. Thanks.

I was a may 19th reservation and just got the invite in wave 4. I do think they day 1s are clearing out and if I remember correctly, the daily density will drop off. my guess is wave 6-7 for you.
If you take delivery between august 16 and December 31th of 2022, the only restriction is final assembly in US.
And have $7500 in tax liability, but most people earning a decent wage will have that.

I put my reservation in December 2021 and received an invite to order this past August 11th. I think my order is unusual because I ordered a Pro. I think most people ordered the upgraded versions. Spoke with the dealer yesterday. they're still waiting on my order to move to production.

@Jerm2006 - my recommendation is call the Ford customer service number. They're gonna ask for your reservation number. I got a lot of information from these folks (between March 2022-July 2022) as I was waiting to be converted to an order. If that doesn't work, email to the Ford executive team. They have people monitoring their emails and their staffers will respond to you.

Have you tried the link in your reservation to see if you can order? Have you received an email invitation to order? If the answer to both of these is no, it is highly unlikely you are in wave 4 as those invitations have already gone out.
Interesting. I called ford earlier this week and they were no help at all. All they told me is that the order emails go out in the order of the reservation date and that my dealer already has received 6 or 8 trucks/orders. this is surprising to me because my dealer claims to not know anything about the process and that the reservation date doesn’t matter.

Ive never bought a Ford before so I don’t know what their service is like. I will say I’m not impressed with how they’ve handled this so far. I reserved 2nd day, but people with dates later than mine have their trucks.

I wouldn’t care so much but I have a lease return coming up and will need a replacement 😳

As you start to get close, both Ford and the dealer kind of have an idea and they start to notify you. I got a call in early September saying I’d get to Eder that month. they passed over me for 3 but I was in wave 4. I think fomoco has the dealer approve or at least informa them of the next invites, so as they get close the temperature goes up a bit.

So much for Ford follow their own reservation system. Seems they just pick them out of a hat. Many day one reservation still have not been contacted.
