Is anyone experiencing issues with placing your order. I got invited to the 4th wave and keep getting a "we are having technical issues please try again at a later time." I called today and they said it was a problem they were aware of and that the tech team was fixing it. Am I the only one lol.

I'm wave 4 as well. Was able to configure my build on the first day (Thurs) but received the same tech error since then. Went to the dealer today and they contacted Ford and the dealer took the order. I received an email that would allow them to force my order into the system but the link causes another error. If you are ready to order contact your dealer.

I'm having the same issue. 4th wave but kept getting error trying to configure. Called the dealer and they were able to configure it for me and send me the confirmation email. But clicking to confirm gives me another error. Called Ford customer service and they said it's a known issue. Nothing we can do until it's fixed. He said just keep trying until it works. :-(

Ford is having server error issues affecting other service, such as the FordPass app. Just be patient and it will be back soon.

Thanks guys... does anyone know if ford is for sure making you sign a contract that you can't sell for a year.
The language that has circulated is that Ford is 'allowing' dealers to include this provision. The dealer did not require it during my Wave 4 order (done at the dealer) last Thursday. If they are going to include that language, I expect to see it on the final contract, right before the Lightning leaves the dealer.

Is this what you were asking about?
Yeah thanks. Guess I'll keep following up with Ford if it's not resolved in a few days. I ordered Thursday before the website issues but then that section disappeared. I was hoping it would reappear once the issue was fixed. Not comfortable being different from everyone else 😞
Mine also doesn't show the trim it just says "2022 F-150 Lightning"

@JC12345 mine looks just like @TwinDragons now.

You might call customer service to ease your nerves. 800 334 4375. I've talked to them a couple times through this and they have been nice. Longest wait was 20 minutes on hold but worth it to ease my anxiety that I was somehow stuck while everyone else was getting the last allocations for the year.

Seeing all the schedule dates (seems to be for people in wave 1-3) got me interested and I called Ford again... I just about had a heart attack. The person I spoke to said it didn't look like my order went through and that Ford has halted MY22 orders so I'm stuck. Despite having an order confirmation email from Ford and reassurance from two other people (when I called the 800 number on Friday and Monday) that the order went through. Hung up and called back where I got someone else who again confirmed that my order went through and was accepted by the dealership on the day they said they hit the button. I wouldn't trust that the MY22 is halted because the guy obviously didn't know what he was talking about.

Dealership reached out today to tell me that a lot of people who had their order accepted on Friday 2/18 are having issues with the website and Ford is working a solution.

A similar thing happened to my ID.4 reservation and order at the VW dealer. They said, "There was no evidence of my order." (despite the fact I had the credit card transaction receipts for both deposits).

They presented with with a bunch of new paperwork to fill out, etc., etc. I told the smart ass EV Specialist more than once that my four letter last name was misspelled. Blindly ahead we went through reams of new paperwork. When we finished, he tried to enter it and it was a "duplicate order." Yep, the order was in the computer correctly and the person who said there was no evidence of the order had continued misspelling my last name. The manufacturer and dealer both made damned sure VW was one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I know from the hours I spent at the dealer that I'm not the only person who feels this way.
