Hi...Has anyone else had issues getting their Pro Charger from Sunrun?
Im on day 6 of Ground Hog day conversations where I have the exact same dialog with the Sunrun rep about getting the email to confirm my tracking information for my charger.
Every time I have called, they have no record of my address, or email address and I start over again. I have tried to escalate at Sunrun, but there doesnt seem to be an escalation path. Getting kinda bummed that I dont seem to have any recourse and since this is the first Lightning my dealer had, they havent been able to advise anything at all.
So, anyone else out there in this pickle, or maybe sorted out a similar situation? Help is much appreciated.
