Hi...Has anyone else had issues getting their Pro Charger from Sunrun?
Im on day 6 of Ground Hog day conversations where I have the exact same dialog with the Sunrun rep about getting the email to confirm my tracking information for my charger.
Every time I have called, they have no record of my address, or email address and I start over again. I have tried to escalate at Sunrun, but there doesnt seem to be an escalation path. Getting kinda bummed that I dont seem to have any recourse and since this is the first Lightning my dealer had, they havent been able to advise anything at all.
So, anyone else out there in this pickle, or maybe sorted out a similar situation? Help is much appreciated.

I know many folks on the forum have had issues. From my end things have gone smoothly. I put a call into Sunrun the day I got by built email just to make sure they had my information on file. They asked for my order number and VIN. They did have my correct address. The day after I purchased the truck I called back and asked them to ship my charger (Sunrun doesn’t service upstate NY). That was a week and half ago. Just got an email this afternoon saying my unit has shipped - they included a FedEx tracking number as well.

I had similar issues. I purchased my truck, and then heard nothing from Sunrun until a week after purchase, I got the email to confirm my shipping address....I did that, and still radio silence. I called Sunrun and was connected to an agent (this may take some doing on the prompts) but the agent confirmed my VIN and address, asked if I received a tracking number (of which I said no) and escalated the issue. The next day I had a tracking number and it should be here tomorrow, 9/12.
