You will need a buyers order from the dealer which is the actual contract. I will say everything between the two documents matched for me. Your capture shows at MSRP and you need to be able reference it should any issues with the dealer arise.

After I put my order in I went to the dealer and got a print out on their end that I signed. They gave me a copy of that. I wouldn't use the Ford.com as the proof. Get something in writing from the dealership.

Get it in writing.

The order contract is very clear - the dealer can charge what they want.

Jefferson Ford told me they would sell it for MSRP, and when I asked him to email that I would pay MSRP (plus that typical $500 dealer fee that seems standard now and I am sure we all bitch about), he agreed without hesitation or making it awkward.

Emails, as long as you can show the alleged sender sent it, and the sender had the authority to offer or accept the offer, are binding contracts.
