So this is a weird one. I got in the truck today and noticed that my radio presets had all changed. Not only had they changed, but they appear to have changed specifically back to how I had set them up just after buying the truck, before I figured out how to use it. I just went through my photos and found one from 6/30 that, while it's not a 1 to 1 of today's layout, has several of the same presets. I'm thinking an OTA update happened and it reverted the presets back to a previous state.

Two other options I can think of are that 1) I'm dumb and you can have multiple screens of presets, and I just need to enter some Konami code or something to get it back, or 2) This is the default layout that comes from the factory and something caused the software to reset... Though it's a heck of a coincidence since I always have Alt Nation as my #1 preset.

Help me figure out what happened!

What are the chances you selected a different profile or unlocked the truck with the other remote? The stations are customizable and saved to the driver profile. If you change profiles (which can be tied to a key) then you may be seeing default. I'm fairly sure those are not the same default mine had.

Check profiles, make sure you are on yours and see what happens?

I concur. Creating a new profile does reset the station in my experience. Also..I think it readers them on usage but maybe I am crazy. Mostly listen to car play but I am keeping my eye on my channels. .

Once you get in the truck - you can press the icon at the top center of the screen and change profiles to see the differences.

You guys were right - It was using my other profile. Not that this is an excuse but it looks there's a bug that doesn't always change the profile icon at the top of the screen to your custom icon, so I can't tell at a glance what profile I'm in.

I just received PowerUp 3.4.0 and lost my presets. This has happened before but Ford is supposed to be solving that issue. Hopefully that is what is found in 3.4!
