Every vehicle I've ever owed kept air recirculation on until you turned it off, even after turning car off. I can't seem to get it to 'stick' on the Lightning. Is there a way to make recirculate as the automatic A/C mode?

I have no idea what the answer to your question is but whatever it is seems more complicated than "I'm cold so I'll dial the temperature up," it "I'm warm so I'll dial the temperature down." Embrace the simplicity!😄

if you leave it on dash vents (no floor or defrost vents used) it will stay on. Auto mode uses a combination of the vents so it kicks off after a short time. Why ford does it this way I don't know but I think it has something to do with CO2 buildup.
