I’ve heard of lots of ICE F150s getting stolen. Is it just as easy to steal a F150 lightning? What are some steps we can take to keep our Lightnings safe?
Anyone know if they make a EV security system that immobilizes the truck? If so how would that work?

Let me know what you think!!

Ford can very easily add another big blocker here by just adding PIN to drive. I don't think it is included yet, but easy enough to do. Just require a PIN code to be entered on the Dash after your key is authenticated. Since there is so much carry over from the ICE though - it may still easily be hot-wired, just not sure how much they covered those tracks. I wouldn't think hot-wiring would be possible in an EV, but never say never. It's almost proven you can't steal a Tesla that way.
