Absolute nightmare. Dead battery on the highway 5 miles from home!
I had to get towed and was able to get the truck to activate “emergency towing” to get in neutral to allow for the tow truck to pull me on the roll off.
But …it would not roll freely in neutral to come off the truck? Is there another step?

You need to put it in neutral. It is in the owners manual.

I would love to know what happens during last few miles of range? I've never gotten below 10 miles left. I imagine there is a YouTube video I could find if I spend a few minutes searching...
