So I picked up my Lightning yesterday. I called Sunrun immediately and got my Pro set up for delivery which may take a week or two. I want to charge with what Ford provides with the truck. The previous owner of the house had a wood shop in on of the garage bays - see pics of outlet below. The fuse box says 15amp 220volt to that plug. Can I buy an adapter/dongle that will work with the provided charger? I’ve never seen a plug like that. Any help would be appreciated.

No. At 220v the charger draws 30A. You could charge slower using the 110v cord in a 110v outlet.

"Caution: More information needed" What size of wire is used for the circuit?

That's a NEMA 6-20R 20 Amp receptacle on a circuit you said is protected by a 15 Amp breaker. Your maximum charging rate at 220V should not exceed 12 Amps.

Those receptacles are designed to accept a 15 Amp plug with two horizontal blades or a 20 Amp plug with one vertical blade and one horizontal. It should be wired with 12 gauge conductors and a 20 Amp circuit breaker for 16 Amp charging. Example:
