Current owner of a 2013 F150.

Inherited it from my son (long story), but have enjoyed the utility of owning a pickup.

Have been interested for quite some time in owning a EV, but the closest I have gotten is my wife's Hybrid.

The lightning has been the first EV I want to own.

Made my reservation on the last day they were taking them. Better late than never...

We have bought some land in Colorado and are having a house built this summer. We are having solar installed on the new house, so I am looking forward to some low fuel costs.

I've enjoyed the articles I've read so far, and am looking forward to more good information.

Thanks. Probably Platinum in the antimatter Blue. I'm 60+ and plan on this being the last vehicle I'll buy.

Good audio is very important to me and I like larger tires. My wife is a huge fan of the heated seats and I like ventilated seats. I'm also intrigued by the dual panel moon roof.

Most of those features are already on the Lariat + but the Platinum will definitely have the best sound system plus some other features like massaging seats.

Is there a better description of the trim levels? So far, I've only been able to find what is on the Ford Lightning website - which is definitely lacking (for instance, there is no mention of a Lariat+.

The "plus" terminology comes from configurations shown in a survey conducted for Ford. They are preliminary information and may not end up being part of the actual build/price tool.
Descriptions from the survey are here:
A preliminary pricing spreadsheet based on that survey is here:
