Hello all anyone run into this. Using app works for doorsfor truck but charging freezes this last Sunday doesn’t update or connect when charging

Yes, it is a known bug that should come with a future software fix (in the truck) and/or TSB at dealer.
In the passenger side door, pull fuse #32 (20amp) and replace. This will reset the modem and all should work again.

Ok where in passenger side door can you send pic so I can locate thank you so much appreciate it. So pull it out and put it back in

Yes it works pull fuse 32 while on and out back in reset it. Yes working yay thx a bunch
You rock it worked I pulled fuse 32 whole vehicle running and put back in it reset it thanks a bunch
Everything worked great now I am getting stop safely warning and help with this or what to do

Once you plug into charge it will go away
That worked thanks again when I shut truck off and came back all good
