Have you issues because you drive an electric truck?

I travel for work and this is what I find at the hotel parking lot while working in Charlotte this week. This person decided to keep me from getting into the truck on driver side crazy part is they must have had to get out on passenger side. I ended up getting in on passenger side not so easy at 6’2 230 lbs. since when did driving an electric vehicle become such a political statement. Almost tempted to taking off the lightning badges 😀

Calling a spade a spade here. That looks less like a statement and more like you need some practice centering the lines.

I always back in and justify towards the passenger door, within the lines, to save my driver door some space.

It definitely appears as if you’re on the line there, in which case, you’re asking for a bad time in a large vehicle. EV or ICE.

All good points so I have been driving an F150 now going on 15 years never had any issues. I do not back in as it blocks the sidewalks with the truck bed. I always leave room for the other car drivers door. I spend about 150 nights in hotels a year all over the country. I think I’m pretty good at respecting parking rules just saying
I believe you and I’m not poking fun at you or anything. Just working based off of what I can see in the pic!
