Identical letter. Identical situation. My feelings are ill though. I'd love to take delivery. But I'm so frustrated over all of it. I was a day two reservationist. There's a ton of people who reserved well after that and have thousands of miles on their truck already. I get it. "Stuff" happens (battery issue). But I think it's crappy that because I wasn't spending $80-100K my build was put behind so many others. All those people got decent interest rates too. Now those are double what some people on forums say they paid. Maybe we'll see our trucks by Fathers Day...

I was a day one reservation holder , I was number 2 at my dealer , probably six months ago , I got a call from the salesman he said they had two Lariat's coming in and one is yours if you want it , first thing I said are you charging over MSRP and he said yes $ 20,000 , I said you have to be kidding me , I've bought 3 trucks from you over the years and you're going to do this to me ? I said keep the FUCKING truck I'll find a dealer that doesn't rip their customers off ! and I did , it's a 90 minute drive but that's ok Fuck You Palm Coast Ford in Florida !!!

Lucky me! The production pause hasn't affected my truck at all as online it still says my Lariat ER is "Scheduled for Production Week of 2/20/2023"!

Okay you guys gotta hear this one ,mine was scheduled to be delivered on feb 14 ,I get the email one month delay mind you this thing is built and ready to go. A month goes by and I go to the stealer and they it should be tomorrow or the next day but let’s check the computer he the( sales manager) powers up and can not believe his eyes the truck has been shipped back to Dearborn Michigan, anyone else in this boat! Crazy stuff it was 2 hours from my house!!

@Backyard visionary I haven’t spoken to my “stealer” (love that by the way). My account shows my delivery was pushed out to as late as April 10th. I guess I’ll have to reach out to my stealer to see if they can see if mine was sent back or not. Mine was shipped 1/16 and originally due to deliver the first week of February. I’d like to know exactly what they’re doing if they’re sending trucks back. Repairing the battery or replacing?

My build date was 1/20. Delivery still says 2/6-2/12. Truck has been sitting on ramp one CD59 ever since with no movement and no updates. Very frustrating

My tracker stopped at 2/12 and the only way I can get an update is by calling Ford ‭(800) 334-4375‬) My delivery was 3/18 and now it's 4/7 - 4/20. Went yesterday, took another photo of my lightning and I noticed there are even more Lightning's in the RR lot since I was there last week. So sad, hope Ford gets things figured out

I hate to say this but I think I’m going to cancel. It seems dumb to say at this point. After waiting this long. But interest rates have gone up again. And I agreed to a $3k protection package on my Lightning. I agreed to it when interest rates were half of what they are now. So on top of an already expensive truck I have to add $3k then finance it all at a high interest rate. To be fair. I wanted ceramic coating anyway. So I didn’t mind paying for it. It came with other stuff I could care less about but I digress. I’m so bummed. I’ve wanted an EV for so long. The perfect one for my lifestyle finally came along. Guess I’ll wait and get a used one down the road.

My Lariat ER was on the line the day of the fire and completed on 2/5 except for the spray in bedliner. I've had no updates since and it still shows in production 2/4/ .

That’s normal, based on my experience. You probably won’t here anything more from ford until the truck is built. For me, that took about a week.

My order has been delayed since 2/16/2023, to date and now after changing over a dozen times the new delivery date is set for 5/25/2023, I completely expect that date to change again any day. I'm not holding my breath and am really frustrated with the lack of communication on Fords part. I gave them $1,100.00 of my hard earned money with the expectation they deliver their product to me for purchase in a timely manner, and if not at least have the decency to communicate with your customers and let them know what's going on. I've had to do all the reaching out to see what the heck is going on..... #FORDHOLDINGMYTRUCKHOSTAGE

I hear you. My Lariat was built on 2/5.... I'm still waiting. nothing from Ford since 2/5
