Has anyone that has taken delivery been asked to sign a 12 month DoNotSell agreement?

@Lighting 150 yes, THIS is probably the best advice. If there are enough Ford dealer around you then trying them all is your best bet. Nearly all dealers operate differently and thus you'll get some different responses. Keep us posted on what you get back!
