Given their record, I am slightly concerned about BS fees they may tack on when picking up.

Related: Is it customary to get a signed sales order right after placing the order to lock in pricing and insure yourself against dealer shenanigans? Do most people here with orders placed have that in place?

I have never had an unmarked up experience with Koons. I recall pricing a Raptor with them 3 yrs ago and they wanted $20,000 over sticker. They did not reveal this until the very end. Approach with caution and get everything in writing .... everything! So on to the second question .... get a signed buyers agreement now! They should ... "should" ... have cited any mark ups already in the Ford system so the online price would match. Good luck!

I had great luck with Koons Silver Spring but it is under different ownership than Koons Baltimore. I did get a signed buyers order, just in case.
