My Lightning has been scheduled for production for the week of 5/9/2022 for several weeks now. Well, that week has come and gone and I have zero updates and my status still says the same thing. Has anyone who was scheduled in the weeks before me, actually received any update that says your Lightning was built? Started to be built? Anything? I know they said deliveries are underway but to whom? Has anyone received any sort of update beyond "scheduled for production"?

Pretty typical status. My truck was produced on 4/22 (4/14 blend date) and still states "In Production"

Use this link to search your VIN if the truck was built you will see BCE module codes.
Which means the truck is built and ready if there is a tear tag value

Very helpful, thank you! I have a VIN and you helped me get the window sticker. I have a blend date of 5/13, so what exactly does that mean?
Your truck is likely on the assembly line right now. I have heard that the Blend Date is; (i) the date in which your body and chassis is joined; or (ii) the date in which the parts required to compete your build are batched and assigned your vehicle. I don't know which, if either, of these definitions are correct, but a "production date" usually follows soon after. Regardless, you are close!

I recieved my build date, but unfortunately Ford Motor Company put a template vehicle over my Order. Originally I was seeking a Pro Model extended range was sent an XLT quote. I was sent an email how my Order went Down. I have a fully loaded Lariat extended range attachedto my reservation coming in the wrong color. Build date in June. Ford refused to rectify my order, called four times. Insulting experience. My dealer could not change the trim. So my reservation was essentially hyjacked. So if I want my Lightening it will be $40,000 more in a color I dislike. So I am saying, I am a reasonable decent honest person experiencing a paid reservation process that is somewhat a failure of Ford corporation , Trust issue. My early first day reservation is gone, cannot be reinstated for the vehicle I originally wanted and reserved. I am a fleet capable customer. There may be a solution but Ford is not trying to call me, but I am going to call two business associates and they can call two associates and well, I am farmer....talk alot lol.

This sounds a lot like the customer wanting a Pro extended range, which was not available to non-fleet customers. Then, moving customer up to XLT ER, which added another ~$30k above the Pro SR price to ’almost Lariat’ ER pricing. Somebody along the way decided to go ahead and up-trim the order submitted to Lariat ER in another color. Maybe XLTs were sold out. Now, there’s a dealer with ‘rejected order’ (wrong color helps ensure rejection) Lariat ER to sell from the lot.

(US dollars and trim pricing, Canada my be different)

Yea, it just doesn’t sound right though. At a minimum the customer should have been informed appropriately
