Build date for my Lariat with ext. battery fast approaching - week of Aug 22 and I can now download the window sticker- I'm a little concerned about the size of the truck (replacing a mid-sized Tacoma) and finding chargers on longer trips. Also, this is a lot of $$$$ with the cut off for the rebate fast approaching ....but I figure if it really does not work for us we can turn around and sell it. Everyone happy so far? Great to have this forum.

The charging infrastructure is getting better all the time. You have some time before it gets to you so don’t stress out yet.
I wouldn’t worry to much about the charging infrastructure. We’ve driven our Mach-E from Madison, WI to Southern California and Florida with absolutely no trouble at all. (And the Lightning has better range) Going north from Madison is a bit more tricky, but we drove to the Apostle Islands recently without issues.
As for the price I’m sure you can flip it easily (with a profit) when you get it. I was just offered 95,000 for my Lariat. No way I’m selling it though.
Size wise - it is a BIG vehicle. I’ve had situations where I couldn’t park in a spot I booked in advance because the truck didn’t fit the booth in the parking garage. There’s always been a solution though and I like all the room in cab and having the truck-bed is great.
If your blend date is 8/22 or at least that week, you will take delivery of the truck by the end of the year so you are going to be fine with the IRS rebate.
Using the instructions posted on this forum and the VIN number I was able to obtain a copy of the window sticker
