Have noticed that Ford Pass doesn't communicate the Time on charger, distance added, etc. Any thoughts? @Ford Motor Company

It does. . . Sometimes. One of the downsides of using a platform developed for ICE vehicles to monitor your EV, it's far from smooth.

It worked when I first got the truck, July. Been a long time since I've seen any data there.

mine stopped working again Sunday. i may disconnect the 12v again to reboot it.

Pull the fuse, I believe 32, or the 12v. My truck stop communicating again so pulled the 12v and started talking immediately after reboot.
Another poster got a quick disconnect which makes the process painless. I got it as well and very happy with it.

You say communicating. was that ford pass not working at all? or ford pass just not sending the charging info? Mine...I can start, lock, unlock, etc. just don't see the charging stats.

I have a 2023 and talked with Ford about this. It’s a known problem in the 23 Lightning and Bronco. A fix was supposed to be pushed out by the end of January. Clearly that didnt happen.

The unplug battery trick works for me for about an hour then it breaks again. I also cant use my vehicle hotspot.

For me, nothing works on ford pass with the truck. It’s not updating location, charging info, driving logs and phone features (lock, unlock, lightning, etc). The 12v or fuse trick works for about a week then I need to do it again.

You might have to make your home charger a location in the app for full functionality.
