I ordered MY23 XLT last month. I called Ford today to speak to them regarding the announced Ford F-150 Lightning Customer Satisfaction Private Offer that countered the 2023 price increase. Ford looked up my order and stated that I qualify for the Private Offer and provided me a code to give to the dealer. The Ford rep told me this code allows the price reduction to be added to my Purchase Agreement. They stated there is also an expiration date of January 3rd, 2023 for the code and to call my dealer if it gets close to that date and haven't finalized my purchase agreement. Just a heads up in case anyone ordered before September 30th, 2022 and wanted to save a few thousand, NBD :) you have to call Ford to get the Private offer code.

Was there a specific number you called for Ford regarding this? I ordered mine on the 7th so not sure if I made the cut; but this info seems to be all over the place.

Just to be clear, I was a wave 3 MY '23 order, so I don't think I qualify. I think you had to have ordered a '22 that get's bumped to '23 or extended you reservation.
Sorry, I didn’t read the extended reservation part I thought it was any order before Sept 30th… might want to ask anyway just in case if a 10 minute call could save another $6k+

I was told by ford customer service that the private offer will automatically come up when the sales order is finalized at delivery. The private offer is in fords ‘smart vincent’ system and it is tied to my name, my phone number, my email and reservation and order number. Any one of those things will access that private offer.
