I don't know about everyone else but the Lightning's badge with the American flag on the tailgate is one of my favorite design touches on the truck. It's such a clean design that shows that the truck is electric.

I personally think they missed the mark here. Add some color as noted and the lightning bolt graphic is way simplistic and clunky looking. It could have been done more sleek and what I really would have wanted is it to be back lit.

I'm sure someone will sell aftermarket emblems with all sorts if color/texture combinations to replace the stock badge. But as for now, the stock badge is beautiful. Simple, elegant, and the blue bolt matches the blue "LIGHTNING" font on the rear quarter panels.

I’m also a fan. I like the Lightning badge on the side (actually having a hard time deciding on color to best match the blue of the badge!) and how much it compliments the bolt flag on the back.

I love it. More color would have been more than what is needed (IMO)-keep it subtle. The F150 big ass logo on the tailgate is already too much. I like that there is a simple, cool, reserved feature that even if only I notice, I still notice.

Yeah, I agree. This is a critical point. And for some of us, union made. One thing I dislike about my Tesla is that it is USA, but not union. I know most don't care...

I would be interested in an aftermarket kit or decal to make the flag badge red white and blue. Altering the flag for commercialization is not something some of us are particularly fond of, but to each their own (it's America!). As long as it's on the truck, my preference would be for it to be red white and blue. So if anyone has a link where such a kit or decal can be had, please post it here. Thanks.

As an US Army veteran, I really appreciate the flag on the vehicle! It would be nice to see the Red White and Blue the picture of the flag... Looking forward to what the aftermarket logos! like I agree - an illuminated flag would be very cool!
