I ordered in the first 24 hours but my Lightning hasn't been scheduled for build yet. My dealer called me and said a similar unit just became available as a person backed out. Sticker was $80170 Lariat extended range, but I talked them in 79999 (Grapevine Ford in Texas has been good to us). Just in case on the EV credit. The only thing that didn't match was the color I had ordered Red and this one was Black. Just had it about 18 hours but love it so far what a Truck.

Congrats, I'm considering not taking delivery on my lighting long range lariat.
I'm planning to finance it and the dramatic increase in interest rates since I placed my order has me second guessing my plan! I wonder if there are other buyers backing out for this reason.

Yeah our rate was 4.875% from our Credit Union after a .5% discount the dealer offered 5.75. We bought a Bronco in May and it was 2.875%. Not happy with that but we planned to pay off one car and keep the note on the other. I guess it will be the lighting we pay off now for sure.
Worst case scenario I would buy it and enjoy it for 30 day at the higher rate and then sell it for a profit. If it is a 2022 it will go up even more in value as the price of the 23's and the loss of the rebate will make them 15K more expensive to buy. It is truly amazing to drive I will say that.
