First of all, I am a proponent of all EV vehicles big or small regardless of your EV cost and preference. EV owners have taken a big step, risk, and a change from the norm to invest and change their lifestyle to electric and make the changes to plug in over gas pumps. My wife has had a Tesla Model x for over a year and is very happy with it but I could never get used to it because of the lack of knobs and was just to techy looking. A friend invested in a Rivian which is beautiful, but again to futuristic looking and just not ready to go from dials and knobs everywhere to a minimalistic cabin. The one thing I love about the Ford Lightening is that it maintains traditional knobs, buttons, and just that hardware feel most of us are used to. Also the Tesla Model X and Rivian are quite expensive and when you think about the cost of the Lightening versus all others including the Hummer EV and now the new GMC and Silverado, I think those who are on the fence about going for it should have confidence and piece of mind of the tried and true F 150 line! Love all the above EVs I mentioned in this thread but just reassuring potential Ford f150 buyers that in the big picture, you get a lot for your money in the F150. Not gonna lie, i saw the Hummer EV on a lot in the midwest and thought it was beautiful....until i saw the price north of 150k

Also, the Sandy Munro comparison video shows how Rivian is leaving money on the table. Ford know mass production.
