I believe it would be two weeks before delivery of your Lightning. SunRun would try to schedule the install, you can hire your own electrician or they’d ship it to you.

Not quite sure how Ford is going to do this. I can't imagine they will send the chargers out for free to folks who have not yet purchased their trucks. Maybe they will require an additional "deposit" on the charger in case the truck isn't purchased?

Yeah that’s what I thought when I read it. Can’t remember if I read on a Ford page after ordering or on SunRun’s page. SunRun is showing more information on installation but it’s nothing in detail. But they make clear there will be additional costs for trenching, upgrading panels and so on.

I don’t think this means getting it two weeks early but it’s the scheduling of installation or delivery within two weeks of your delivery. Get it scheduled, buy your Lightning and have it installed/delivered by your scheduled date.
