How does someone go through the reservation process, convert to an order then have vehicle delivered to a dealer? Then places truck for sale on Ebay for 50K over MSRP. I wonder if this is a dealer scam.

no dealer 'scam', but yes, it could simply be an order that arrived and the 'owner' decided not to accept it... the dealer can then sell it anyway they wish, for any PRICE they wish... it's their's to sell, they are in the 'sales' business..

"the owner has had it for 1 year" is certainly false, when it also states that it has 'not' been titled, tho... so read with a grain of salt.

Yeah I think that was where I saw some deception. It's listed as used, never been titled and has to be picked up at the dealer. I have no issues with a dealer making money. But in this case they just need to be honest and state this is a new vehicle with a huge ADM attached to it. Since no dealers are getting any allocations I would agree that this one is probably abandoned by the person that placed the order. So essentially they took one away from someone else on the reservation list who could have purchased it at MSRP

Just because you "order" one don't guarantee msrp.
