My truck has been built and waiting for shipment since late January. They started production back up after the pause for the investigation into the fire that stared in early February but I've seen no hint of movement as far as shipping and delivering trucks is concerned.

Does anyone waiting for their built trucks have any evidence of movement on this matter? 🤔

I’m in the same boat as you are; have not seen any indication of movement, although the shipping date of 3/10 - 3/16 has stopped slipping every few days. I’m cautiously optimistic.

Same here. My tracker still says 3-16. Ford chat person said that my window is now 3-18 through 3-21. My window has tightened from 6 days to 3 days. I too am cautiously optimistic.

I just checked on my lightning and now I get this " We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN." when I type in my order number and VIN. This not looking so good. I tried it several times and several different ways. Unless their web site has a glitch, this is gonna be a bad day. Has anyone else checked today?

This not looking so good. I tried it several times and several different ways. Unless their web site has a glitch, this is gonna be a bad day. Has anyone else checked today?

This is normal. The tracker site does that sometimes, maybe for maintenance. Try again in an hour or two and it will be back.

Will try, but I have been checking for the last 6 days and nothing..... Fingers crossed.
Try the Canadian site, same site but with .ca instead of .com. When I was tracking mine last year it would work when the US site wouldn't.

I think I have read elsewhere on the forum that the order # that shows on your reservation page is not the same as the order # from your dealer. Give them a call to see if they have a different order number.

Pull up your window sticker, look in this section for the four character code, could be all numbers of a combination of letters and numbers, this is not the same as your eight digit reservation number.

Example in yellow.....

Same boat here. Blend date 1/25. Built 2/03. Stuck on estimated delivery 3/11 - 3/17 for over a month now. I applaud your continued optimism. I’m frustrated and ready to cancel. I was really excited about this truck, but the lack of communication since the fire issue has really turned me off.

This silence is brutal. They won't give me any info on my truck. Ford keeps telling me the same info from February 1st... the last time my info was updated. It's almost as if Ford wants us to cancel our truck orders. Smh.

Brutal is a good word for it. My last update was February 12th, but the delivery date has now changed to April 7-20. So my truck has been in the RR yard for 5 weeks and now another 4 weeks was just added on. You are right Ford wants us to cancel. Ford really needs to update all of us with some actual reasons for these delays. Checking batteries for 2 plus months is not realistic.

How tough would it have been for Ford to assign a person to give us updates as to what is going on?
All I have heard is rumors that they are not sending the already shipped trucks back to the factor and were sending people out to inspect them were they are stored.
Today:
Tracking page shows Estimated Delivery 03/22/2023 - 04/04/2023 , Last Updated 02/06/2023
The dashboard page shows Estimated Delivery 3/12/2023 - 3/18/2023
Dealer texted me yesterday ETA 3/28/2023 and still sitting a lot 5 miles from the dealer.
you would think for close to 100K we could get better customer service.
Tesla kept changing the date on me too, but atleast it move in the other direction every time.
