Hi all. I tried searching the forum but didn’t really find an answer to my question. I have a new (2023) Lightning ER Lariat that I drive every day. The last few evenings, after arriving home, my Ford Pass app has been reporting that my vehicle is in “Deep Sleep mode” and can’t do anything until I go outside and manually turn on the truck. It would appear (from searching the web) that this would indicate maybe a LVB issue? Has anyone else experienced this and know what I should do? I tried calling my dealer, but they want to keep my truck for several days to diagnose the issue (!).

Sounds like the LVB. Put a meter or charger on it and see.

I’m starting to think that the common issues with the 2023 models are all interrelated. Deep Sleep Mode, flaky Telematics and updates not working all seem to possibly be related to LVB state of charge. Either a bad batch of LVBs, or more likely something amiss in the way the truck maintains the LVB state of charge. I have charged mine a couple times and it takes a surprising amount of energy to charge it for a vehicle that is driven often
