Evergreen ford in Washington pulled my reservation off the ford system (see attached) and I have had to contact them directly. They have very little info for me other than "dont worry". I asked where I was in line/how long is the line a few times and they were confused by this question and have not yet got back to me.

Has anybody else experienced this and do you have any suggestions?

No - I only had a reservation. No invite to order. They did tell me I still have a reservation but it sounds like I am totally at the mercy of the dealership. The salesman said it happened because they changed "ownership" which forced them to pull the reservations out of the ford reservation system. This happened a few months ago.


The fact my reservation doesnt exist on the ford website combined with how cagey the salesman is coming off leaves me thinking there is a good chance my reservation is gone.

So I just want to see if this has happened to anybody else to see if it is common and I should not be so worried.

I wouldn't worry about it. I had that message pop up in my account -- it was there for a week or two, and then it went back to the normal reservation page.

FWIW, my dealership changed ownership, I was refunded my reservation deposit, but the reservation was still "active" per the 800#.

When I had called the 800# again after seeing this message the Ford Representative said the system is flakey sometimes.

There are a couple other threads (mine included) with the same picture/issue.

This has happened to others. Work to get it back up but don't worry too much about it. You probably won't be able to convert your reservation until Summer anyway.

My reservation was at a dealer that also didn't seem to know the process or have info for me. When i called Ford to ask about it, it turned out they never "entered" my reservation in the system. You can call Ford and make sure they see your reservation and also consider moving your reservation to a different dealer that knows what they're doing when it comes to the F150 lightning
