Looking for some advise. Have a reservation with a local Ford dealer, and the dealership changed ownership last month. About a week ago, I got an email from Ford saying that my reservation was being refunded and I should contact the dealer for further updates. Since then, the reservation has gone missing from myford account. Dealer says they I will get a chance to order "by the end of the month" but that doesn't line-up with what I am hearing from others. Anybody else have this problem?
