Dealership issues and Lists my truck for sale!

I placed an order for a lightning (order number 11198858) on January 6th online and paid a $1000 deposit. It should be arriving at my dealer this month (Ford of Moses Lake), however I keep having continuous issues with this dealer before receiving my vehicle.

Here are the issues we have had so far:

1. First, I asked for an invoice a few weeks back for the total amount with taxes and Registration fees out the door price that I need to bring with me since I am paying cash and in this invoice they tried increasing the price by $5000.

2. They claim they cannot locate the $1000 deposit I put down. I have submitted my bank statement and it clearly states Ford of Moses Lake $1000 debited from my account. It also shows on my reservation and order info I paid it!

3. They are also charging full taxes when Washington state has a sales use tax exemption for any electric vehicle under $45000, where you don’t pay taxes for the first $20,000. So after they get the deposit to reflect on my invoice I’ll be battling this issue with them. It is at point of sale tax exemption..

4. Recently my truck was also listed way over my order price on their website for $57,769 and they claim this is completely normal. I was told once this was an automated process weeks back, but then today I spoke to the person who listed it and she claimed she thought it was odd and Ford must be raising their pricing.

With all of these issues I am concerned they are going to sell my truck right out from under me. I had a signed contract on the build sheet from my dealer stating that it will be sold at msrp and no markups! right after I placed my order.

Thanks I appreciate your input! Should I contact ford motor company?
What I really want to know is how did you get to order?

I have that dealer selected. No contact whatsoever.

Let me know how it goes. They said they would sell at MSRP to me.

You can get the sales tax back from the state; but it's better if they properly deduct at the time of sale.
I do not know? Lol I’ll keep you posted..
So I talked with finance manager last night and today THEY HAVE LOCATED MY $1000 DEPOSIT! Lol so good news! But it shouldn’t have been lost in the first place.
So now I’ve been working with them to get my sales tax figured out, they have been hard headed to get things figured out. I called two local dept of vehicle licensing and they have confirmed to me that it is a real thing. One of them ended up calling my dealership to explain how it works to the finance people.. thank god!

so now I’m trying to lock all this stuff down with a purchase and sales agreement and they are fighting it. They said they don’t do that… that’s not necessary, that’s only for people applying for credit.. is this normal? Should I accept The non binding quote that they drum up stating on it “internal use only”? They said to me, “o it’s fine we will accept it” I said I’m not worried about you guys, I want it for myself..
My dealer won't do any paperwork ahead of the vehicle's arrival. Remember, Ford sells "your" truck to the dealer. Also, was your $100 reservation deposit included in the $1000 deposit? That $100 went straight to your dealer the day you reserved.
So I reserved my truck at another dealership, and then switched my reservation, to my current one, at that time they refunded me the initial $100 dollars from the first dealership and my current one said that there is no need to pay one. So I essentially didn’t pay for my reservation, on January 6th when I got notice to come place my order I went to the dealership and they said nobody was there to help me place my order.. so I ordered it online at payed $1000 deposit, which I wasn’t expecting but o well.. The next day the ford dealership confirmed my order and said if I would have waited to order it in person, they would not have charged me a deposit at all.. but thank god I did bc my truck would be sold already!

Thank you, because this is my exact chosen dealer.
Yea no problem! Just keep your ducks in a row, and get a signed document from them to promise no ADMS no markups.
Where you located ? We will have to meet up once we both get our trucks..
What model will you be ordering?
Update! I finally got a purchase and sales agreement with correct tax charges, deposit reflected, and purchase price that’s correct. I had to tell them i needed it for my bank to complete financing.. which I already have the cash in hand.. 🤭 but I wanted to lock everything down! And they sure fought me!
