I'm seeing 288 for sale with the lowest VIN 0155. I guess our $100 reservation means nothing.
they do say pending sale so I guess those are the orders that they have received. Just bringing them to the inventory? Lots of Lariats ordered in my town. I’m actually surprised at how many are coming to my local dealer.

Yes, many dealer sites list VINs. And many dealer sites list ordered vehicles as "in transit". It doesn't mean it doesn't have your name on it at their end.

This can be used to find a dealer's mannequinn. Look at the window stickers for each VIN and find the one that is a December order with an order code of F001 or some such and has a blue sticker instead of a green one, and there's the mannequin.

It's a very common scummy practice by some dealers who list ordered vehicles for sale. Some are even saying you can come in now for a Lightning test drive, even though they don't have the trucks.

Some will do anything to get you in the door.

These are dealer mannequins or customer retail orders. The dealers cannot sell the mannequins until they have been in service for 180 days or they face penalties from Ford. We will see whether the trucks will actually sell at the prices they have listed.

Just another reason the traditional dealer model needs change. They have so many laws that protect them and most dealers are not mom and pop anymore. They are owned by auto groups and multi-millionaires. Not much difference from Tesla, I get it, but at least the screwing for each individual is the same at Tesla, vs how much pressure they can put on each person in the back room trying to negotiate or finance.
