I'm smack in the middle of my delivery window, and my dealership just got 2 new trucks in (that they have listed- so maybe other orders too?). Why the heck? How was mine not part of that? Do they get so many deliveries that they come that often? I just wish that I could track my shipment better- or that my dealer would actually talk to me instead of always telling me they have NO info... or claiming something that I know to be true is not. This is such a frustrating process.

Once it’s shipped it’s out of the hands of ford or dealer. My truck sat in a rail yard 30 miles from dealer for 3 weeks. Luckily got it before the years end but it was a long three weeks.
