Day 2 & love this truck but today dash screen behind steering wheel froze, continually tries to reboot itself & was stuck in “build ford tough” logo. Anyone have any similar issues? Dealer’s been great - they came & picked it up, just thought I’d see if it’s happened elsewhere, help trouble shoot.
12v battery being to low related?!?!

Sorry to hear about your issue. That stinks after waiting for over a year for the truck. Have not seen or heard of that one. Please let us know what the dealer discovers.

Saturday I drove 25 miles to drop off something, truck worked fine. Got back in the truck to head home, Sync 4A screen was blank. Doing a reset did the trick.

Here are the instructions for rebooting the center display. I don't know if they reboot the Instrument Cluster Display as well.

REBOOTING THE CENTER DISPLAY
You can reboot the center display using the controls on the steering wheel.
1. Simultaneously press and hold the seek forward and audio system power button for 10 seconds

I've had the 15'' screen go black a couple times, but the reset works quickly. Haven't had the dash screen go out like that though.

I’m having the exact same issue. Took delivery on Monday with no issues. Drove on Tuesday and screen continually rebooted for hours. Wednesday it was fine again. Today is Thursday and it’s doing it again. Very annoying. Doesn’t stop me from driving or anything but knowing my speed sorta helps…
Did the dealership fix yours?

Yes - dealer wanted to be proactive & do something even though nothing showed up on the diagnostic scan. They replaced the dash display & everything has been perfect since (so good i forgot to update thread- sorry)
