I am wondering if the truck will have dash cam style recording with its cameras like how tesla has it setup. Has anyone seen anything or do current F150s have a feature like that?

Dash cam and Sentry mode are currently not options in the Mustang Mach E. I'm not aware of any immediate plan to implement it in the MME or Lightning. There has been talk of implementing Sentry mode but no timetable has been suggested.

The only driver facing cameras are the infrared cameras used in the driver monitoring for BlueCruise.
