Currently use 50Amp welder outlet on Tesla X

My secondary house came with a 50A welder outlet. I bought an adapter that allows me to plug in my Tesla and it works perfectly. I use a regular Tesla charger at my primary place. Will I be able to do the same with my Lightning to avoid buying a second Ford charger. My truck is in production status now.
