Considering Sale of 'Ready to Order' and 2nd on way Account

I reserved 2 lightnings,
1st on May 20th and
2nd on May 24th 2021

The May 20th reservation was eligible to order in March 2022 but I Extended the reservation.

Now 1st reservation is eligible to order again with Model Year 2022 pricing. Deliver is 'Autumn 2022' so Tax credits will work
You will save 6k to 8.5k due to lowered pricing Plus 7500 rebate. there is built in value of at least 16k based on Trim

I'm considering selling the whole account (we bought a house recently and spending 80k on my dream Lariat is do-able but not prudent).

I'm in NorCal

I'm not an expert on this matter, but I've seen other posts over the last year that have said it's not possible.

I believe it can only be changed within the "household" or within the business.

It IS possible to relinquish entire account ( which I can because I have no other vehicles tied to this account)

No feathers ruffled here. Just trying to give you the heads up that it doesn't seem possible to transfer an order or account for profit. Most people on this forum love the lighting and don't want to pay ADM, extra fees, etc.

One thing I've seen other posters suggest is that you actual negotiate with your dealer. Ask them for $2500 or whatever you think is fair for not buying the truck. Then they get to keep the vehicle and will sell it for a markup. Win win

The lowered price in order to price match 22 pricing comes as a 'private offer' only account owner can use and it follows anywhere I move my dealership to....

If I don't succeed selling the account. I plan on buying the extended Lariat (8500 off + 7500 off) and sell it then

This has been discussed here before. Reservations are not transferable. Just because it works with Tesla doesn’t mean it works here.
