This is the second time in the last month, all connectivity has just stopped on my Lightning. The first time I had to completely reset the sync software. I usually notice the issue when I try to lock the doors or remote start the lightning it with the ford pass app and it just can’t connect to the truck.

Inside when it is on, if I go to connectivity settings, I get a pop up that says connectivity settings are not available right now. At home I can’t force a Wi-Fi connection becuase it won’t pull up any available Wi-Fi networks, it just keeps searching.

The mobile apps setting on the truck is now off and greyed out so I can’t turn it back on. Anyone else having these issues? Running 3.5.2

I am currently experiencing this with my week old truck. On the app it just spins and spins. And when I select connectivity services in the menu inside the truck it says “please wait” and then just returns to the previous screen. I just tried a master reset but it didn’t not fix the issue. Any other advice would be appreciated!

After chatting with the folks in the FordPass App (useless) I did some other searching online and found some info in the Mach E forums. They suggested removing the vehicle from the Ford Pass app and reactivating it (making sure to start reactivation with the car on). I began following those steps when the app suggested a Ford Connect reset from within the vehicle (a setting I hadn’t noticed before). I followed the reset steps and then re-activated without issue. Since the truck is only a week old I didn’t have very many settings that I cared about losing but I can see this being a real pain in the neck down the road. For now, I’m glad to have my connected services back. Now, if I can only figure out the new SiriusXM/CarPlay glitch I’ll be thrilled!

It cuts in and out quite a bit. And more often than not, if I’m simultaneously using CarPlay, when I select SiriusXM as the source, it automatically switches to Apple Music about 5 seconds later. This will repeat for as many times as I try it.

And for the record, FordPass is back to its old problems. I can now access the car but charging status and associated functions are no longer shown. This has been a real disappointment.

I think I had something similar happening between Amazon Music on my iphone and other music sources. I had to close the Amazon Music app (flick up) to get it to stop taking over all the time.
I also need to close the FordPass app on my phone often because it does not behave.

I am having similar issue. Cant activate vehicle on Ford Pass app. Truck screen indicates no connectivity. Dealer says I need to schedule service for reset
I would recommend calling the Fordpass tech line. My issue was resolved within 24hrs of calling them. Though i did not get any direct follow up, i got a number of emails over that time indicating work was being done and stuff being reset in their system. Been fine ever since.

I have the same issue. The menu won’t open.
