My Ford Pass stopped working 3 days ago. “Connectivity” menu wasn’t available at all. After removing my truck from the app and reading, 2 master resets and a factory reset, it still wasn’t working. I tried to get help through app chart, they recommended me to go to the dealer. I set up an appointment for next week. Then miraculously connectivity menu became available and I was able to reactivate my Ford Pass right away. Do the resets and keep trying, it will eventually come back. My theory is that Ford regularly reprovisions the modems.

Mine too. I was able to reset it and make it work first time it happened. Second time, no luck. Can't connect, it's been more then 2 weeks. Looks like we are in the mercy of a SW update.
Update - After two weeks, I have reset the truck to factory settings and removed/re-added the truck in the FordPass app couple times and finally it worked again. I can tell when it works: Alexa is activated when it starts working - the blur circle at top right corner of the screen.
